Terms and Conditions
- Customers are requiring filling program form. If Customer did not fill the program form, then the Customers are not eligible to participate OCBC 84th Anniversary program. Fill the form here
- Valid for OCBC New Customer and OCBC Existing Customer
- Customers must be registered to:
- Nyala or Nyala Payroll; OR
- Nyala Bisnis Individual or Nyala Woman SME
- Not applicable to Customers with Premier/Private Banking services who change services to Nyala and for Nyala Customers who change services.
- Especially for New Customers must enter the promo code OCBC84 and fill out the program participation form. Customers only need to fill out the program participation form 1 (one) time during the Program Period.
- New customers will immediately get the highest level (Nyala Master) in the month of account opening. The calculation of eligibility in the month of account opening is by comparing the average balance in the month of account opening with the average balance before opening the account. If there is an increase in funds from fresh funds of at least IDR 5,000,000, then Customers are eligible to get rewards. Reward payments will be made in the following month after the month of account opening.
- Nyala service level adjustment occurs on the 3rd of each month according to the Average Combined Balance from the previous month.
Example: In March 2025, Customer B Average Combined Balance is IDR 25,750,0So, on April 3, 2025, Nyala Customer B service is Nyala Pro.
- Funds and product placement must originate from other bank (Fresh Funds) and cannot be transferred from other OCBC accounts.
- Customer are required to follow SAVE scheme before participating in other program schemes.
- Customers can only get 1x reward from each scheme every month.
- Rewards will be credited if the Customer has increased by 1 (one) Nyala service level in April, then the rewards will be credited in the 4th week of May 2025 with the following crediting details:
- Customer with Nyala service will be credited to Tanda 360 Plus IDR/Tabungan Mudharabah iB IDR acoount in accordance with the Savings Account opened at the time of account opening;
- Nyala with Nyala Bisnis Individual service is credited to the IDR Giro account.
- Especially for opening of Gold Savings Products, product placement prizes will be credited to Gold Savings accounts.
Example: If Customer A are in Fit level Nyala Service in March and Pro level Nyala Service in April with a minimum fresh fund top up IDR 5,000,000, then the Customer is entitled to receive a reward of IDR 84,000 from the SAVE scheme in the 4th week of May 2025.
- Customers must ensure that the account is active and not blocked/restricted for any reasons at the time the payment of the program reward is credited by the Bank.
- Each Customer is allowed only 1 (one) New Customer program.
- This program cannot be combined with other new customer programs.
- OCBC has the right to not processing/cancelling the provision of cashback to Customers who, based on OCBC’s assessment, are indicated to have committed fraud on account opening and/or included in OCBC’s fraud list.
