A. Terms and Condition
- This Nyala x NatGeo program is only valid for new Nyala OCBC customers.
- Customers must successfully register for Nyala and complete verification (KYC) through the OCBC onboarding website or OCBC Mobile App (ID)
- At the time of account opening, customers must input the promo code OCBCNATGEO
- Program Detaild for Nyala Global Debit Rewards:
- Funds must be deposited in the same month as the account opening.
- A minimum balance must remain in the account for at least 30 calendar day after deposit placement.
- Deposit amount and reward details:
- Customers must make at least three transactions of purchasing and payments, including QRIS via the OCBC Mobile app during the program period.
- Funds must come from fresh funds and meet these criteria:
- Not transferred from other OCBC accounts.
- The initial deposit must be made by the account holder.
- Transfers from e-wallets (e.g., Flip, OVO, Gopay) are not allowed.
- Only one device/phone is allowed per customer for this program.
- E-vouchers will be sent to the customer's registered email by the end of the following month after fulfilling the terms.
- E-vouchers are valid for one-time use on the partner’s site/app.
- E-voucher are non-redeemable for cash, non-refundable, and non-extendable.
- E-vouchers are valid for 2 months from receipt.
- Customers are fully responsible for any risks associated with using the e-voucher sent by the Bank.
- The program rewards are based on transaction data owned by the Bank, and the Bank’s decisions are final and binding.
- The Bank reserves the right to withhold the reward if it identifies any fraud or non-compliance with the terms and conditions of account opening and/or if the customer is listed in the Bank’s fraud database.
- The Bank may amend the program’s terms and conditions by providing notification in the form and through the Bank’s communication media at least 30 (thirty) business days prior to the effective date of the changes.
- By participating in this program, customers declare that they understand, acknowledge, and agree to all applicable terms and conditions related to the promotional program for account opening via the OCBC Website Onboarding and OCBC Application (ID) with e-voucher rewards from the Partner.

B. NYALA OCBC account opening flow
Via the OCBC onboarding website:
- Register for OCBC Nyala - via the OCBC onboarding website with the link https://onboarding.ocbc.id/product/nyala
- Select 'Submit Product'
- Select 'Create Savings Account'.
- Select the 'On' service.
- Enter Promo Code: OCBCNATGEO.
- Follow the steps to create a new account in the OCBC mobile.
- Follow the program Terms and Conditions to get a PARTNER E-voucher.
Via OCBC Application (id):
- Download the OCBC mobile application.
- Select 'Don't Have an OCBC Account' then select 'Open Service On'.
- Select Savings Services - On , select 'Apply'.
- Enter Promo Code: OCBCNATGEO.
- Follow the steps to create a new account.
