Terms & Confitions

1. This Nyala x KedaiMart program is only valid for new Nyala OCBC customers
2. The program period is valid until December 31, 2025
3. The customer successfully registers for Nyala and verification (KYC) on the OCBC onboarding website or OCBC mobile.
4. When opening an account, the Customer is required to input the promo code:

5. Details of OCBC Nyala Global Debit program rewards
   1. The placement of funds is carried out in the same month when the account is opened.
   2. The existence of funds that have settled in the account for at least 30 calendar days, starting from the placement of funds in the Nyala Account.
   3. Initial fund placement amount and prizes obtained:

6. Make purchase transactions, payments including QRIS through OCBC mobile at least 3 (three) times during the program period.
7. The placement of funds in this program must come from fresh fund funds with the following conditions:
   1. It is not allowed to come from other OCBC account transfers.
   2. For initial deposits, the name of the depositor must be the same as the name of the account holder registered with OCBC.
   3. Bookkeeping from E-Wallet (such as Flip, OVO, Gopay, etc.) is not allowed.
8. Only 1 (one) device/mobile phone per Customer is allowed to participate in this program.
9. The e-voucher prize will be sent to the Customer's email address registered in the Nyala account no later than the end of the month in the following month after the terms and conditions of the program are met.
10. The e-voucher is only valid 1 (one) time on the Partner's website/application.
11. The e-voucher is non-refundable, non-refundable and/or non-refundable.
12. The e-voucher is valid for 2 (two) months from the date of receipt by the Customer and cannot be extended.
13. Customers are fully responsible for any risks associated with using the e-voucher sent by the Bank.
14. The program rewards are based on transaction data owned by the Bank, and the Bank’s decisions are final and binding.
15. The Bank reserves the right to withhold the reward if it identifies any fraud or non-compliance with the terms and conditions of account opening and/or if the customer is listed in the Bank’s fraud database.
16. The Bank may amend the program’s terms and conditions by providing notification in the form and through the Bank’s communication media at least 30 (thirty) business days prior to the effective date of the changes.
17. By participating in this program, customers declare that they understand, acknowledge, and agree to all applicable terms and conditions related to the promotional program for account opening via the OCBC Website Onboarding and OCBC Application (ID) with e-voucher rewards from the Partner.

Terms and Conditions KedaiMart Voucher:

1. This voucher can be used with a minimum transaction according to the voucher denome.
2. This voucher can only be used on the KedaiMart Official application.
3. This voucher can only be used for 1 (one) transaction.
4. This voucher cannot be used/combined with other promos.
5. This voucher is valid for up to 2 months from receipt.
6. This voucher can only be redeemed if using the online debit/credit card payment method
7. Shipping orders for JABODETABEK.

Terms and Conditions at E-Commerce (Tokopedia, Shopee, dan Lazada) Voucher:

1. Vouchers can be used with a minimum transaction following the policy of each e-commerce.
2. The voucher can only be used for shopping at KedaiMart Official Store Tokopedia, Shopee or Lazada.
3. The voucher can only be used for 1 (one) transaction.
4. This voucher is valid for up to 2 months from receipt.
5. Users are expected to pay attention to the validity period of the promo. The promo is not valid if the deadline has passed the deadline set by KedaiMart.
6. KedaiMart may change the terms and conditions or stop the promo at any time without prior notice to the user.
7. Orders that have been placed through selected E-Commerce will follow the delivery area that has been set by KedaiMart through the available delivery services.
