Program Terms & Conditions:

1. Customers are entitled to receive program prizes when:
   • Enter the MISTEROCBC reference code on the KTA OCBC website registration page
   • Loan application approved and disbursed
2. Program prizes in the form of E-Voucher PARTNER are valid with the following terms and conditions:
   • After the terms and conditions are met, BANK will send the E-Voucher to the Customer's email address registered with OCBC at the end of the following month from the time the KTA application is approved and disbursed
   • E-Voucher PARTNER can be used via desktop web, Mobile web, and Mister Aladin application (Android/iOS)
   • E-Voucher PARTNER is a single/unique code with no minimum transaction
   • Partner E-Voucher is only valid for payment using OCBC debit and credit cards
   • Each user can use the E-Voucher code PARTNER 1 time during the Program period
   • PARTNER E-Voucher can be used during the validity period of the active E-Voucher
   • The PARTNER E-Voucher code is not valid in multiples and cannot be combined with other promos/programs
   • BANK and PARTNER have the right to cancel the transaction of using Mister Aladin E-Voucher if fraud/non-compliance with the applicable Terms and Conditions is found.
3. General Terms of KTA OCBC Products:
   • The amount of loan applications starts from IDR 5,000,000 (five million Rupiah) to IDR 200,000,000 (two hundred million Rupiah) per loan.
   • The loan tenor is 6 (six) months, 12 (twelve) months, 18 (eighteen) months, 24 (twenty-four) months, 36 (thirty-six) months.
   • OCBC's KTA interest rate follows the provisions applicable to the Bank.
   • The OCBC KTA application process will be processed no later than 3 (three) – 5 (five) working days after the Bank receives all necessary information and documents completely and accurately
   • The interest rate of KTA OCBC follows the provisions applicable to the Bank
   • BANK has full authority to approve or reject the application of KTA from BANK customers.
   • For customers whose loans have been approved by the Bank, then for all forms of assistance, support services, claims, lawsuits or losses will be the full responsibility of the Bank.
   • The customer will make a repayment to the Bank.
   • Late repayment in accordance with the provisions applicable at the Bank.
4. The Bank and PARTNER reserve the right to cancel the transaction if any fraud is found against the applicable terms and conditions of the Program.
5. By participating in this program, customers are deemed to understand and agree to all applicable terms and conditions of the Program.
6. This program is given based on data owned by the Bank and the Bank's decision is final and binding.

Mister Aladin Voucher Terms

1. Voucher can be used without minimum transaction
2. Voucher is valid for hotel bookings & airfares (domestic & international)
3. Voucher is valid for 1x transaction
4. Vouchers cannot be cashed out
5. Hotel bookings with the voucher cannot be cancelled or refunded. If there is a discrepancy in the hotel's cancellation policy, then the terms & conditions of this promo will prevail
6. Cancellation of flight ticket booking depends on the airline's policy. Refund calculation is based on the price paid (after deducting the promo code), not the initial price
7. Orders will be cancelled in the event of fraud/breach of the applicable terms & conditions
8. Terms & conditions are subject to change at any time without notice
