Terms & Conditions of Program Top Transactor OCBC (“Program”)

1. Bank, at its discretion and discretion, has the right to suspend or cancel the awarding of rewards if there are indications of fraud, impropriety or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Bank has the right and authority to change, add and/or reduce these Terms and Conditions by notification through media deemed appropriate by the Bank taking into account the applicable legal provisions and regulations.
3. Program Participants are the customers of PT Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk (“Bank”) who have NYALA or Premier Banking services with a combined balance of all balances held in Savings, Current Accounts, Time Savings, Time Deposits, as well as Wealth Management products (such as Mutual Funds, Bonds, and Bancassurance) every month with a minimum of IDR10,000,000 (Ten Million Rupiah) during the Program Period.
4. Program Participants are required to carry out as many transactions as frequently as possible during the Program Period with the following conditions:
   • Transactions that are considered are transactions on the Pay & Purchase as well as QRIS features via OCBC mobile/account.
   • Make a minimum 6x (six times) every month during Program Period with a minimum value of IDR50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupiah)/transaction.
   • Transactions that can be made to the same merchant/vendor per month are a maximum of 30x (thirty times). Moreover, it isn’t included into the Program calculation.
   • If there are two Program Participants who have the same number of transaction frequencies, then the Program Participant who reaches the highest number of transactions faster than the other one will be the Prize Winner.
5. The Bank’s decision in determining the Program Winner is absolute and cannot be contested.
6. Program Prize Tax is borne by the Bank.
7. This Program only applies to the Customers whose account status is active.
8. The Program does not apply to Bank employees.

Program Prize Allocation Mechanism:

1. All Program Participants are entitled to the opportunity to win the prizes during the Program Period.
2. Participants who have won in the 1^st Regular Period cannot win again in the 2^nd Regular Period.
3. Participants who have won in the 1^st or 2^nd Regular Period can win prize in the Grand Prize Period.
4. Participants who are entitled to win prizes are as follows:
   • The Regular Prizes for 1^st, 2^nd, and Grand Prize Period will be given to Program Participants with minimum FIT Level in NYALA Services and apply to Premier Banking Services and who meet the applicable Program Terms and Conditions.
   • The Grand Prize will be awarded to Program Participants who participate in NYALA with minimum MASTER Level in NYALA Services and apply to Premier Banking Services and who meet the applicable Program Terms and Conditions.
5. The following is the allocation of Prize distribution based on Program Period:

6. Prize Winners cannot make special requests for the colour of the prize. Prize colours will be given according to the prize availability at the time of the Program Winner Announcement.
7. Delivery of Program Prizes will be carried out using following method:
   • The following prizes will be send to the Winners who domicile in the Jabodetabek area.
     • 1 Unit Mobil Chery OMODA EV 5 off the road
     • 8 Unit E-Moped UNITED Salvador
     • 8 Unit Folded Bike UNITED Pact
     • 8 Unit OPPO Reno 10 5G 8GB/256GB

     Meanwhile, outside the Jabodetabek area, shipping costs are borne by the Program Winner.

   • The following prizes will be credited to the Winner’s account.
     • Deposits. Deposit products will be made no sooner than 21 working days after the Customer confirms that the product will be opened in the Customer's account.
     • Gold Savings. Customers need to carry out KYC Gold Savings on the OCBC mobile application and place IDR 10,000 as the first balance placement. After that, the Bank will add a balance worth the specified prize no sooner than 21 working days after the Gold Savings Account is formed and the placement of IDR 10,000 is completed.

Other Information Regarding the Program:

1. General Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations.
2. Bank never asks the Customers to share personal data through any means, including links. If the Customers finds anything suspicious, immediately contact TANYA OCBC 1500-999.

4. PT Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and is an LPS guarantee participant.
