About Tax Amnesty

Tax Amnesty is an initiative to grant a waiver of taxes owed by taxpayers (WP – Wajib Pajak), as well as administrative sanctions and tax crime sanctions by participating in the tax amnesty program to disclose assets and pay the Redemption Money

Waiver of Outstanding

Waiver of outstanding tax debts.

Waiver of Sanctions

Waiver of administrative sanctions and tax crime sanctions.

Exemption from Assesment

Exemption from assessment, review of tax crime indications/findings and investigation.

Revocation of Assessment

Revocation of ongoing assessment, review of tax crime indications/findings and investigation processes.

Waiver of Income Tax

Waiver of income tax due for title transfer associated with the additional assets.

Confidential

Guarantee for confidentiality of tax amnesty data, which cannot serve as the basis for any form of review or criminal investigation.

Terms and Conditions

Taxpayers must have a NPWP

For those who have NPWP since 2015 and before, must have reported the 2015 SPT.
Sanctions for late reporting are removed.
Assets and debts that have not been reported in the 2015 SPT will be calculated and subject to ransom rates.

For those who do not have a NPWP

Register for NPWP in 2016 before participating in Tax Amnesty
All assets and debts held will be calculated and subject to ransom. Calculate and be subject to ransom.

Seputar Tax Amnesty

Amnesti Pajak merupakan kesempatan bagi wajib pajak untuk berpartisipasi dalam percepatan pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia. Bank OCBC NISP mendukung program Amnesti Pajak melalui layanan perbankan dan produk investasi unggulan untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan dana repatriasi nasabah dari luar negeri

Penghapusan pajak yang seharusnya terutang.
Tidak dikenai sanksi administrasi dan sanksi pidana perpajakan.
Tidak dilakukan pemeriksaan, pemeriksaan bukti permulaan, dan penyidikan.
Penghentian proses pemeriksaan, pemeriksaan bukti permulaan, atau penyidikan.
Pembebasan pajak penghasilan untuk balik nama harta tambahan.
Jaminan rahasia data pengampunan pajak tidak dapat dijadikan dasar penyelidikan dan penyidikan tindak pidana apapun.

Tax Amnesty ini merupakan kesempatan terbaik yang tidak datang dua kali untuk dimanfaat- kan oleh Wajib Pajak yang belum melaporkan seluruh hartanya. Kebijakan Tax Amnesty terakhir terjadi 32 tahun lalu pada tahun 1984 dan setidaknya hingga beberapa puluh tahun ke depan, kebijakan Tax Amnesty tidak akan diberikan lagi.

Wajib Pajak yang tidak mengikuti program Tax Amnesty namun ditemukan adanya data mengenai Harta bersih yang tidak dilaporkan maka atas Harta dimaksud diperlakukan sebagai penghasilan pada saat ditemukan dan dikenai pajak serta sanksi administrasi sesuai dengan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku.

Cari informasi di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak atau Website Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (www.pajak.go.id)
(persyaratan, cara menghitung & dokumen yang diperlukan)
Hitung dan lakukan pembayaran secara online melalui sistem e-billing.
Setorkan uang tebusan melalui cabang Bank OCBC NISP sesuai kode e-billing.
Ajukan Surat Pernyataan Harta (SPH) dan kelengkapannya ke KPP.
Surat Keterangan Pengampunan Pajak (SKPP) diterima wajib pajak.

Nasabah membuka Rekening Khusus di Bank OCBC NISP untuk penempatan dana Tax Amnesty dengan membawa SKPP.
- - Dana diinvestasikan selama 3 tahun.
- - Nasabah dapat memilih beragam produk investasi.
- - Nasabah dapat mengalihkan dana dari satu produk ke produk lainnya di Bank OCBC NISP atau di Gateway lainnya.
- - Penempatan dana dalam bentuk Deposito dapat dijadikan jaminan kredit di Bank OCBC NISP.
- - Bank OCBC NISP akan melaporkan investasi nasabah terkait Tax Amnesty ke Dirjen Pajak secara berkala.
Nasabah melaporkan pengalihan dan realisasi investasi 6 bulan sekali selama 3 tahun ke Kantor Pelayanan Pajak.
