Terms and Conditions:

  • 84th Anniversary Special program (“Program”) is valid for OCBC Invitee Customer.
  • Especially for OCBC Existing Customers are requiring filling program form (“Program Form”) can be accessed through https://www.ocbc.id/hubungi-kami/form-ocbc-anniversary. If Customer did not fill the Program Form, then the Customers are not eligible to participate Program. Customers only need to fill out the Program Form 1 (one) time during the Program Period.
  • Program is valid for period 1– 30 April 2025 (“Program Period”)
  • Customers are required to registered to:
    • Nyala or Nyala Payroll; OR
    • Nyala Bisnis Individual or Nyala Woman SME
  • Not applicable for:
    • Premier/Private Banking Customers;
    • Premier/Private Banking Customer who change service to Nyala;
    • Nyala Customer who out/in Nyala services.
  • Nyala service level adjustment occurs on the 3rd of each month according to the Average Combined Balance from the previous month.
    Example: In March 2025, Customer B Average Combined Balance is IDR 25,750,0So, on April 3, 2025, Nyala Customer B service is Nyala Pro.
  • Funds and product placement must originate from other bank (Fresh Funds) and cannot be transferred from other OCBC accounts.
  • Customer are required to follow Save scheme before participating in other Program schemes.
  • Customers can only get 1(one) time reward from each scheme every month.
  • Customer rewards will be credited in the 4th week of following month during Program Period.
    Example: If Customer A are in Fit level Nyala Service in March and Pro level Nyala Service in April with a minimum fresh fund top up IDR 5,000,000, then the Customer is entitled to receive a reward of IDR 84,000 from the Save scheme in the 4th week of May 2025.
  • The form of Reward credited to the Customer will be adjusted to the following product type:
    • Rewards will be credited in the form of cashback for Tanda 360 Plus IDR/Giro Rupiah products.
    • Reward will be credited in the form of Poinseru for Tanda iB product.
    • Reward will be credited in the form of Gold Savings balance for Gold Savings product.
  • Customers must ensure that the account is active and not blocked/restricted for any reasons at the time the payment of the program reward is credited by the Bank.
  • This program cannot be combined with other new customer programs.
  • OCBC has the right to not processing/cancelling the provision of cashback to Customers who, based on OCBC’s assessment, are indicated to have committed fraud on account opening and/or included in OCBC’s fraud list.

  • OCBC has the right and authority to modify, add, and/or reduce these Terms and Conditions with notification through media deemed appropriate by the bank, considering the legal regulations and legislation in force.
  • The Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted in accordance with the provisions of statutory regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  • If Terms and Conditions of this Program are translated into another language, then if there is a discrepancy or conflict between the Indonesian text and the foreign language, then the Indonesian text will prevail.
