Jakarta, 9 September 2024 — PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (“OCBC”) strengthens its partnership with PT FWD Insurance Indonesia (“FWD Insurance”) by signing the partnership agreement for insurance product through bancassurance distribution channel for OCBC customers.
Desy N. Widjaya President Director of FWD Insurance stated that “We offer comprehensive protection solutions to meet the needs of OCBC customers, providing a seamless and enjoyable insurance experience aligned with our vision of changing the way people feel about insurance.”
Responding to the signing partnership agreement between FWD Insurance and OCBC, Juky Mariska as Wealth Management Head at OCBC expressed “At OCBC, we see ourselves as partners to our customers, striving consistently to offer a range of value-added products that can serve as the best financial solutions to our customers. This includes procuring innovative products like comprehensive insurance solutions. We integrate a sophisticated digital ecosystem in marketing and access to information and services, and synergize with FWD Insurance to optimize protection according to the specific needs of customers.”
The partnership agreement signing ceremony between FWD Insurance and OCBC was attended as well by Huynh Thanh Phong - Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director FWD Group, Binayak Dutta - Managing Director FWD Group, Andrae Krishnawan W – Director OCBC, and Johannes Husin – Director OCBC.
Through this agreement, Irene Dewi, Chief Bancassurance Officer FWD Insurance added, “FWD Insurance provides insurance products such as FWD Treasury Legacy Protection featuring key benefits of whole life protection, preparing for pension fund as well as inheritance; and FWD Multiple Protection for critical illness protection. These products are available at OCBC branch offices nationwide through FWD Insurance Insurance Consultants”.
