1. Mechanism of Stitch Lucky Draw Program ("Program"):
   • Valid for Indonesian Citizens and residing in Indonesia and already a Customer of PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk ("OCBC").
   • Valid for OCBC Individual Customers who are members of Nyala, Premier, and Private Banking services with a minimum Nyala Fit level or who have an average combined balance of at least IDR 10,000,000 (ten million Rupiah) at the time of the draw.
   • This program does not apply to OCBC employees.
2. Lucky Draw program reward for 501 winners is:
   • Travel package to Hawaii for 1 (one) Customer and 3 family members to visit the Stitch film set with the following details:
     • Travel package for families with a maximum of 4 (four) pax consisting of 2 (two) adults with 2 (two) children aged a maximum of 16 (sixteen) years old at the time of departure.
     • If the Customer has a child over 16 (sixteen) years old, it will be considered as an adult category and the Customer will bear the difference in costs.
     • All facilities related to transportation, accommodation, and travel packages have been determined by OCBC and cannot be changed.
     • Departure and return locations are via Soekarno-Hatta Airport Jakarta, Indonesia. The winner is willing and agrees to bear all costs incurred towards the departure location.
     • The departure period is a maximum of 12 (twelve) months after the date of announcement. The winner must select/specify a departure period that includes Saturday and cannot travel in December 2025 to January 2026 and/or a Public Holiday.
     • Reward winners/recipients are willing to participate in the entire series of events in the travel package according to the provisions of the Program given. Includes but is not limited to activities during the following travel packages:
     • Surfing learning session for children above 5 (five) years old with a maximum weight of 100kg (1.5 Hours).
     • Hula dance learning session (1 hour).
     • OCBC will conduct a draw lucky draw number to determine the eligible recipient of the reward offered in the Stitch Lucky Draw Program.
     • Information about the reward recipients will be informed on OCBC's official media/channels.
     • The Customer is required to submit a Reward Receipt Statement and OCBC is not responsible for other matters that occur beyond OCBC's control such as force majeure conditions or visas that cannot be issued.
     • The reward recipient/winner will be contacted by the travel package provider (Element London Limited) to arrange a departure schedule.
     • This travel package is provided by a third party selected by OCBC, namely Element London Limited
     • Any risks incurred during this trip are the sole responsibility of Element London Limited
     • The Customer is required to have travel insurance and provide proof of purchase of the travel insurance (Travel Insurance Policy) consisting of the Customer's travel insurance and 1 (One) adult accompanying the trip to Element London Limited. After the Customer provides proof of purchase of the insurance policy, Element London Limited will provide a cash allowance of USD 75 (seventy-five US Dollars) with a conversion value on the date of giving the cash allowance to the Customer by transfer method before the departure date of the trip.
     • If there is a transfer of the travel package, the winner can confirm with the travel package provider directly.
     • After confirmation of the name of the recipient of the reward (customer or other name - the transferred party), the reward is final (non-refundable/cashable/transferred).
     • It is the customer's obligation to ensure that all necessary documents (passport and visa) for all family members who will travel, are available and have a validity period of at least 6 (six) months from the date of return.
     • The decision of the results of the number drawn is absolute and cannot be contested.
     • Travel package rewards are non-cashable.
   • 500 (five hundred) winners for a 1 (one) year Disney Hotstar subscription package.
     • Disney Hotstar 1 (one) year subscription rewards are non-transferable or cashable.
     • Reward delivery will be done by OCBC in the form of a subscription code using OCBC's official email & whatsapp which will be sent to the Customer's contact registered with OCBC.
   • Winners are only entitled to 1 (one) type of lucky draw reward.

   • OCBC customers can become the winner of the Program by collecting lucky draw number as follows:

   • Transactions using any type of credit card OCBC Credit Card to get 1 (one) lucky draw number that is calculated:
     • The fastest OCBC credit card transaction at merchants is made on April 15, 2025 or a maximum carried out or booked on June 30, 2025.
     • Retail transactions local and abroad that are carried out online or offline (at stores/merchants) that accept payment by credit card, both made by main card and additional cards that are maximally carried out and booked by OCBC on June 30, 2025.
     • Retail transactions that have not been converted into installments (the value of the initial transaction, not the installments billed each month)
   • Transactions using Mastercard Debit Card to obtain 1 (one) lucky draw number that is counted:
     • The fastest Mastercard debit card payment transaction at the merchant is made on April 15, 2025 or a maximum carried out and booked on June 30, 2025.
     • Retail transactions at home and abroad that are carried out online or offline (at stores/merchants) that accept payment by debit card, the earliest to be done on April 15, 2025 or a maximum carried out and booked on June 30, 2025.
   • Transactions using any type of OCBC Credit Card to get 1 (one) lucky draw number that is not counted:
     • Credit card monthly instalment transactions (instalments billed every month).
     • Transactions that have not been posted at the time of data withdrawal.
     • Crediting/cancelling transactions in the current month.
     • Cash Advance or Loan on Phone (LOP) transactions.
     • Regular monthly bills (including but not limited to electricity, water, telephone, internet bills, or streaming services).
     • Transactions that do not include individual transactions but are more corporate-related, invoice payments, corporate taxes, and the like (including but not limited to PAPER.ID, ACHILES, FRANCHISE STUBS).
     • Transactions made through the E-wallet application (including but not limited to DANA, GOPAY, OVO, SHOPEEPAY, LINKAJA).
     • Credit card fees & charges (annual fees, late fees and other charges).
   • If top up activities and/or transactions are found that are indicated to be invalid or not in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions, OCBC has the right not to take into account the transaction..
   • Reward tax is borne by OCBC.
   • Winners will be contacted directly by OCBC and announced through official media owned by OCBC.

5. General Terms and Conditions of Stitch Lucky Draw Program

   • The general terms and conditions of the Stitch Lucky Draw Program (“Terms and Conditions”) have been adjusted to the provisions of laws and regulations including the provisions of the Financial Services Authority regulations.

   • OCBC, based on its policies and considerations, has the right to suspend or cancel the awarding of reward if there are indications of fraud, unfairness or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
   • OCBC has the right and authority to change, add and/or reduce these Terms and Conditions by notification through media deemed good by OCBC by considering the provisions and regulations of applicable laws and regulations.
