Terms and Conditions

1. Valid for applications from November 1 - December 31, 2024 and maximum credit disbursement until January 31, 202
2. Valid for conventional facilities with the purpose of take over or top up mortgages, Individual Investment Loans, and Multi-Purpose Loans for OCBC Customers.
3. Free provision and administration fee, Refund appraisal fee
4. Valid for minimum credit limit IDR500 million.
5. If there is an addition (top up) to the take over facility, the top up limit will be charged a minimum provision fee of 0.5%.
6. Get a GoPay Balance worth 1 Million for a minimum credit limit of IDR 500 Million and apply multiples up to a maximum of 20 Million GoPay Balance rewards
7. GoPay balance bonus is valid for the first 100 registered customers.
8. Rewards will be received no later than 2 months after credit disbursement.
9. The Customer's GoPay account name and number must match those listed on the OCBC system.
