The name of the account owner of the initial deposit fund source must match the name registered in the OCBC system. Transferring funds through third-party fund transfer applications and e-wallets (examples: Flip, OVO, Gopay) causes the source of funds to be unverifiable and may result in customers not being eligible to receive prizes.
OCBC has the right not to process the provision of gifts to customers who, based on OCBC's assessment, are suspected of committing fraud upon opening an account and/or are on the OCBC fraud list.
