Terms & Conditions:
- Program placement via the OCBC mobile application
- Valid for Individual Customers, both New (NTB)/Existing Customers, especially Residents of Greenland at Tidar
- Mandatory placement of funds in fresh funds
- The customer already has a Tanda 360 Plus / Tanda 360 Plus Digital account
- For customers who do not yet have a Tanda 360 Plus / Tanda 360 Plus Digital account, placement in the Tanda Prize Program can be done at least H+1 from the date of opening the Tanda 360 Plus/Tanda 360 Plus Digital account
- Cashback will be credited to the Customer's account no later than 5 working days from the start of the Hold Period
- The Customer hereby agrees and authorizes PT Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk (“OCBC”) to debit, block and unblock the amount of funds in the Tanda 360 Plus/Tanda 360 Plus Digital account in the name of the OCBC Customer in accordance with the Program scheme up to Hold period ends.
- The Customer knows and is fully aware that the cashback obtained is conditional, so that the cashback will only become the Customer's full property if the Customer has fulfilled all the general terms and conditions of this Program.
- If the Customer gives instructions to OCBC to end participation in the Program or the Customer's Tanda 360 Plus account closes or is closed for any reason before the Hold Period ends, the Customer will be charged the following fee(s):
- Penalty costs according to the table.
- Specifically for closing a Tanda 360 Plus account, the customer is also obliged to pay a fee for closing the Tanda 360 Plus account in the amount of IDR. 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah) or in accordance with the provisions applicable to OCBC which are informed to the customer through the OCBC office or other media determined by OCBC taking into account the applicable laws and regulations.
- If an event occurs as per item 9 above or if at any time OCBC is ordered or required by law to block or disburse or close the Customer's Tanda 360 Plus account, resulting in OCBC not being able to debit funds to settle the penalties and account closure fees as per item 9 above, the Customer hereby agrees and remains committed to completing its obligations in accordance with point 9 above to OCBC. Within a period of no later than 5 (five) working days after the date of receipt of notification from OCBC, the Customer is obliged and promises to complete these obligations to OCBC.
- If the Customer is unable to deposit or pay the penalties and account closing fees within the time period as stated in point 10 above, then the Customer hereby gives full power and authority to OCBC to collect the Customer's obligations including debiting the account(s) Customers who are at OCBC and set-off the results of the debit with penalties and account closing fees in accordance with point 9 above, as well as to take legal action against the Customer or their heirs.
- In order to guarantee the settlement of the Customer's obligations in the future, the Customer agrees that point 11 above is a valid debit instruction from the Customer to OCBC for the Customer's account(s) at OCBC, so that a special power of attorney is not required to OCBC.
- Deposited funds cannot be used as collateral for credit in any form.
- In the event that the Customer dies during the Hold Period, then by law (i) this Program will end automatically, (ii) all of the Customer's obligation(s) will transfer to the Customer's heir(s) and (iii) all terms and conditions The provisions of OCBC related to this Program, including all provisions/procedures and laws and regulations will apply and be binding on the Customer's heir(s).
- The grant of authority in the general terms and conditions of this Program cannot be revoked or withdrawn by the Customer or his heirs, and will not end for any reason, including but not limited to the reasons as regulated in Article 1813, Article 1814 and Article 1816 in Code of Civil law.
- The Customer agrees that OCBC has the right and authority to change, add and/or reduce the general terms and conditions of this Program by written notification at the OCBC office or other media determined by OCBC taking into account the applicable laws and regulations.
- General Terms and Conditions This program is an integral and inseparable part of (i) Account Opening Form/Application (ii) Terms and Conditions for Opening and Arranging PT Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk Accounts (iii) General Terms and Conditions of E Services -Banking, and (iv) terms and conditions for Tanda 360 Plus/Tanda 360 Plus Digital products, including all applicable laws and regulations.
