      Nyala Banyak Cuan Program Terms & Conditions:

      1. Valid for invited customers.
      2. Customers must be registered to:
        • Nyala or Nyala Payroll services; OR
        • Nyala Bisnis Individu or Nyala Woman SME. For the Nyala Bisnis Individual service Customers are required to have a Current Account; if there is no Current Account, then the Customer is not eligible.
      3. Funds and product placement must be fresh (originating from other bank) and cannot be transferred from other OCBC accounts.
        Example: Customer join with total combined fund balance IDR1 Million and fund placement IDR500K from other bank and overbooking IDR500K. Therefore, Customer is not eligible because the funds are not fresh funds.
      4. Customers are considered to have started participating and are eligible when they are first registered to place funds nin accordance with the terms and conditions of the program.
      5. Fulfillment of the requirements for fund placement and the maximum total savings balance the end of the 2nd year since the month of participation by looking at the highest Average Under Management position at the end of the month.
      6. Fulfilment of new product placement must be done no later than the end of the 3rd month since account opening.
      7. Total savings balance placement prize does not apply to multiples.
      8. Reward for new product placement ony applicable for minimum combined fund IDR 25 million.
      9. Cashback will be credited to the customer’s active Tanda 360 Plus IDR / Tabungan Mudharabah iB IDR account no later than the 4th week of the third month after account opening.
        Example: If a customer opens an account in March 2025, the total combined fund balance will be wait until the end of April 2025 and new product placement will be wait until the end of May 2025. Cashback will be credited in the 4th week of June 2025.
      10. The account must have active status and not be locaed for any reason when the cashback is credited by OCBC.
      11. Each customer is only allowed to participate in 1 program scheme.
      12. OCBC has the right not processing/cancelling the provision of cashback to Customer who based on OCBC’s assessment are indicated to have committed fraud on account opening and/or included in OCBC’s fraud list.

      14. The Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted in accordance with the provisions of statutory regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
