Terms and Conditions:
  • Valid with OCBC Credit/Debit Cards with Mastercard logo issued in Indonesia

  • Get MAP e-Gift voucher or Central Department Store voucher up to IDR2 million for every Singapore Airlines ticket booking with a minimum transaction of IDR5 million

  • Customers can choose between MAP e-Gift Voucher or Central Department Store shopping voucher as a gift. MAP e-Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed in person at physical stores managed by MAP Group (except Domino’s Pizza) and Central Department Store shopping vouchers can only be redeemed at Central Department Store Grand Indonesia
  • Customers must register via the registration form on a first-come, first-served basis subject to availability
  • If the customer cancels the purchase or receives a refund so that the transaction is no longer eligible, the value of the gift or voucher will be charged back to the customer
  • Singapore Airlines (SIA) will provide information regarding the details of the gift and redemption instructions no later than 4 April 2025 via the email registered with the KrisFlyer account. SIA will endeavour to announce the information as scheduled, but reserves the right to change the method of announcement at its discretion. SIA also reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion without notice and without liability to any party
  • By participating in this promotion, customers:
    • Agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, the SIA website terms of use and the SIA Privacy Policy. Violation of these terms may result in disqualification of the customer and forfeiture of the prize
    • Agree that all personal data submitted (including name, KrisFlyer membership number, Singapore Airlines booking reference, e-ticket number and transaction amount) may be collected, used and processed by SIA for the purposes of this promotion. The processing of data will be in accordance with SIA's Privacy Policy (http://www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/privacy-policy/). SIA does not warrant, represent or undertake in any way that your personal data and/or communications will always remain private and secure. To the extent permitted by law, SIA shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss, theft, unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or other action in relation to personal data held by SIA
    • The Customer releases SIA and/or its partners and agrees to indemnify SIA and/or its partners, including their officers, employees, directors, representatives and agents, from any liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of a prize or participation in this promotion, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, infringement of third party intellectual property rights or other violation of law, whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, negligent or otherwise
    • The Customer consents to the public use of his/her entry, name and likeness in SIA materials. All customer personal data will only be used in accordance with SIA's data protection policy and will not be provided to third parties without prior consent.
  • Under no circumstances shall SIA, its subsidiaries, affiliates, associates and related companies, including employees of all parties mention\ed, be liable to customers and/or any party for any form of damage, expense, claim or loss of any kind, including but not limited to incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including loss of revenue or profits, loss of business or loss of data
  • SIA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the customer. The death of a customer automatically disqualifies his/her participation.
  • Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash, and are not transferable to another individual, especially for the participants who choose MAP e-Gift Voucher. SIA is not responsible for:
    • SPAM messages generated;
    • Failure to deliver messages via SMS/WhatsApp/other messaging services;
    • Loss, mis-delivery, delay, incompleteness, or unclearness of entries, or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by the customer or by the equipment or programming used in this promotion, or by technical or human error in processing entries;
    • Printing or typographical errors in any materials related to the promotion;
    • Errors in operation or transmission, theft, destruction, loss, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, or technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, or failure of transmission or receipt of entry information due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or website; - Injury or damage to any customer or computer or mobile device resulting from downloading any materials relating to the promotion;
    • Failure of a mobile device or other device to support the Lucky Draw link/customer’s technical requirements;
    • Customers who have registered themselves on the telecommunications provider’s DND (Do Not Disturb) list or have specifically requested not to receive messages relating to a particular campaign/contest;
    • Any other circumstances beyond SIA’s reasonable control or Force Majeure events. By submitting an Eligible Entry, the customer is deemed to have given his/her explicit consent to exempt SIA from any DND restrictions imposed by the relevant customer.
