Term & Conditions:

  1. Customers are entitled to a reward if they meet the following conditions:
    1. This program applies to customers with the following criteria:
      • Invited customers with total managed funds < IDR1 Billion as of 31 December 2024
      • Customers with total managed funds ≥ IDR1 Billion before joining the program
    2. This program applies to OCBC Premier Banking customers with the following conditions:
      • Customers who have joined as OCBC Premier Banking Customers for at least 3 months
      • Customers who have joined as OCBC Customers (non-Premier Banking) for at least 3 months and have been successfully upgraded to OCBC Premier Banking in the same month as the month they join the program
    3. Customers place fresh funds according to the program scheme table
    4. Eligible products for this program are listed in the *Selected Products table (also applies to sharia products)
    5. The calculation of reward eligibility will be based on the growth in total managed funds in the month the customer joins the program compared to the total managed funds of the customer in the previous month (net growth). Example: total managed funds of the customer before joining the program is IDR 0 (included in the category of total managed funds < IDR1 Billion). To get a maximum reward of IDR2.25 Million, the customer must top up IDR1.5 Billion
    6. Placement of funds that are calculated into the growth of total managed funds must be done on the type of product that has been determined, which can be in the form of top up or opening a new product with funds originating from outside OCBC
    7. Fulfillment of the program scheme must be done in the same month as registering for the program. Example: Customers join the program on 2 March 2025, then customers must place new funds & open new products before 31 March 2025
    8. Rewards apply to a minimum growth in total managed funds of IDR100 Million and apply in multiples, up to the maximum value specified in the program scheme
    9. Invited customers with total managed funds < IDR1 Billion are allowed to join the program as customers with total managed funds < IDR1 Billion and ≥ IDR1 Billion each 1 time during the program period;
    10. Customers with total managed funds ≥ IDR1 Billion are only allowed to join the program 1 time during the program period;
  2. Rewards are credited no later than the following month to the Tanda 360 Plus IDR account that is still active after the customer meets the applicable Terms and Conditions. The form and mechanism for providing rewards can be adjusted later with a maximum nominal as stated
  3. The Bank, at its discretion and consideration, has the right to suspend or cancel the provision of rewards if there are indications of fraud, unfairness or violations of these Terms and Conditions. The Bank has the right and authority to change, add and/or reduce these Terms and Conditions with notification through media deemed good by the Bank by considering the provisions and regulations of applicable laws and regulations
