- The 'Telkomsel Credit Bonus Program December 2024' will hereinafter be referred to as the Program.
- The Program is valid from 2 – 7 December 2024 & 9 – 31 December 2024, hereinafter referred to as the Program Period.
- The program offered is every purchase of Telkomsel Internet Package through OCBC channel with the following details:
- Customers who purchase 'Telkomsel Internet Package' according to the product and through the OCBC Channel described in the table above will get a bonus in the form of regular credit.
- The Data package purchased along with the regular credit bonus will automatically increase to the Telkomsel number that purchased/purchased the internet package through OCBC mobile after purchase.
- The program is only valid for the purchase of 'Telkomsel Data Package' products listed in the table on point number 3.
- If the Customer purchases the 'Telkomsel Internet Package' product more than 1 (one) time, the regular credit bonus can be accumulated up to the maximum amount described in the table above on point number 3.
- The validity period of the regular credit bonus adjusts the use of credit during the active period.
- Regular credit bonus will be received by customers for a maximum of 1x24 hours.

There are 2 (two) programs offered to customers with the following details:
- When does the Program Period take place?
The program will take place on December 02-07, 2024 and December 9-31, 2024.
- Are there any restrictions on the purchase of monthly internet plans in this program?
02 – 07 December 2024, limited to a maximum of 5 times per month per package. 09 – 31 December 2024, 500 or limited to a maximum of 5 times per month per package.
- Is it additional in the form of Internet credit?
No, the bonus given is in the form of Regular Credit up to Rp.20,000
- Does the regular credit bonus apply to other products?
Additional regular credit bonus is only for the purchase of products listed in the table in question number 1.
- If the customer purchases the package according to the program 2 times/more, will the regular credit bonus up to Rp.20,000 that he gets accumulated?
Yes, customers will get regular credit bonuses by accumulating according to the applicable program quota.
- If the customer purchases an internet package but gets an error notification, will the regular credit bonus of up to Rp.20,000 be received?
If the transaction fails, automatically the regular credit bonus will not be received.
- How long is the validity period of the Regular Credit bonus?
The validity period is according to the use of regular credit as long as the customer is active.
- How do I find out/check my internet package and regular credit?
Check your remaining credit on MyTelkomsel or *888# or *800#.
- How long does it take for the regular credit bonus to be credited to the Customer's number?
Maximum 1x24 hours, additional regular credit bonus will be credited to the Customer's number.
