How to Participate in the Refer a Friend Program
- Via Website / Nearest OCBC Branch
- Steps for the REFERRER
- Visit to online.ocbc.id
- Login to Internet Banking.
- Select Customer Service’ then 'Refer a Friend’.
- Enter the details of the friend or family member you wish to refer (Name and Phone Number).
- Click ‘OK’ to save the information.
- Steps for the REFEREE
Your Relationship Manager / Premier Banking Manager will contact you and assist with the account opening process and enrollment in the Refer a Friend program. - Via OCBC mobile*
- Steps for the REFERRER via OCBC mobile*
- On the dashboard, select the Refer a Friend menu.
- Click ‘Invite My Friend’ and share the invitation with your friend or family member via your preferred channel.
- Click OK on the notification ‘Invitation has been sent’.
- Inform your friend or family member to enter the Referral Code received during the account opening process via OCBC mobile

- Steps for the REFEREE via OCBC mobile
- Click the link shared by the Referrer.
- The link will direct you to download OCBC mobile, proceed with download OCBC mobile.
- Next click button Register.
- Select button Don’t Have an PCBC Account.
- Choose Open Nyala by OCBC Services.
- The Referee is REQUIRRED to enter the Referral Code sent by the Referrer in order for the Referrer to receive rewards Refer a Friend program.
- After entering the Referral Code, a list of available Program Code that the Referee may join will appear along with the entered Referral Code.
- Select the Promo Code you wish to participate in.
- The click Apply.
- After entering the Referral Code and Promo Code, an optional field will appear to enter the Bank Officer Code if the account opening process is assisted by your Premier Banking Manager.
- Select the OCBC Premier Banking service type that suits your need, the click Submit.
Syarat dan Ketentuan Refer a Friend Program
- The referred customer (Referee) must be a new customer who has never previously held an OCBC account and the funds placed must be fresh funds.
- Reward will be credited once the Referee has successfully joined the OCBC Premier Banking service and completed the required fund placement no later than the end of the following month from the account opening month with the calculation as follows:
Selected services by referee Minimum Fund Placement Reward/Customer OCBC Premier Banking services Rp1 Billion IDR1 Million - The Referrer must already be a customer of Nyala Services/OCBC Premier Banking (Not valid for Nyala Bisnis customers).
- Each Referrer is entitled to receive rewards for a maximum of five (5) Refereed per year.
- Customers participating in this program are required to use one (1) of the following channels program ini WAJIB menggunakan salah 1 dari 2 channel, yaitu OCBC mobile atau Internet Banking.
- Reward are provided in the form of cashback, for Sharia-complimany product, reward will be givem in the form of profit sharing, and the net reward amount will be credited to the account.
- Reward will be credited to the Tanda 360 Plus Account or iB Mudharabah Account no later than the 4th week of the following month after the program requirements have been fulfilled.
- The Bank reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and any changes will be informed by OCBC to customers.
- The Bank, at its discretion, has the right to withhold or cancel rewards if there are indications of fraud, irregularities, or ciolations of these Terms & Conditions.
