Ticket purchases can be made using an OCBC Credit Card or an OCBC Debit Card with the MasterCard logo.
The ticket purchase link can be accessed on January 18 2025 at 10.00 WIB.
1 customer can purchase more than 1 (one) ticket category in 1x (one) check out and can purchase a maximum of 8 (eight) tickets per check out.
After selecting the category and number of tickets desired, the customer will fill in the ticket purchase data form. The name and NIK/passport number filled in on the ticket purchase form must be the same as your original ID card/passport. Any discrepancies in your name and identification number may result in your ticket being void/invalid
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. The e-ticket used to exchange the event bracelet will be sent to you 1 week before the event via email.
E-tickets must be exchanged for a wristband to enter the event area. Each E-ticket has a unique barcode and is only valid for one person. E-tickets can only be used once to exchange bracelets.
The date the E-ticket will be exchanged for a bracelet will be informed on the e-ticket. If the e-ticket exchange is represented, the customer who fills out the purchase form must include a letter of authorization to collect the ticket.
Seat numbers will be assigned to buyers according to ticket category:
Especially for the Super VVIP, Diamond VIP and Platinum categories, you will also receive seating number information on the e-ticket received 1 week after the event date.
Seating numbers for the Silver and Gold and Bronze categories will be known on the day according to the bracelet exchange time
Especially for transactions with OCBC Debit Cards with the MasterCard logo, make sure you have activated the online transaction service. Activation of this service can be done via OCBC Mobile by doing the following steps:
Login to the OCBC Mobile application
Open settings and click the Settings menu
Select the Debit Card you want to use for transactions then click "Manage e-Commerce transactions"
Slide the e-Commerce Transaction button and set the transaction limit
