Ticket Purchase Mechanism
- Ticket purchases are made by contacting the customer's Relationship Manager
- Ticket purchases must use an OCBC Credit Card
- Special purchases for Diamond VIP, Platinum and Gold category tickets.
- After successful payment, the customer will receive an order confirmation e-mail. The e-ticket used to exchange the event bracelet will be sent to you 1 week before the event via email.
- E-tickets must be exchanged for a wristband to enter the event area. Each E-ticket has a unique barcode and is only valid for one person. E-tickets can only be used once to exchange bracelets.
- The date the E-ticket will be exchanged for a bracelet will be informed on the e-ticket. If e-ticket exchange is represented, the customer who fills out the purchase form must include a letter of authorization to collect the ticket.
- Seat numbers will be assigned to buyers according to ticket category:
- Especially for the Super VVIP, Diamond VIP and Platinum categories, you will also receive seating number information on the e-ticket received 1 week after the event date.
- Seating numbers for the Silver and Gold and Bronze categories will be known on the day according to the bracelet exchange time
