Valid for New Facilities and Top Up Facilities that have been disbursed for iB Mortgage financing (iB KPR) (Note: For Top Up facilities, only the Top Up ceiling value will be taken into account)
Every disbursement of the iB KPR facility per Customer will receive a Prize in the form of a Tabungan Emas Balance as follows:

Customers are required to be covered by insurance, if there is an application for an insurance discount, it can only be given with a maximum discount of 10% (the maximum discount provision is excluded for financing provided to OCBC employees)
