Other Terms and Conditions:
- Installment transactions do not get reward points
- The installment process will be charged an administration fee of IDR 15,000 to the credit card holder's billing statement. This fee is fully charged by OCBC for every installment transaction made by the customer. Merchants are not involved in any additional fees.
- The total accelerated installment payment is not subject to interest, but will be subject to a penalty fee of IDR 200,000 and will be charged to the credit cardholder's billing statement
- Any problems that arise related to the products sold and/or services provided by the merchant to the OCBC Credit Cardholder shall be the responsibility of the merchant
- Any problems that arise related to the bank's card and/or facilities are OCBC's responsibility
OCBC & the merchant reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice
- The Bank at its discretion and consideration, has the right to suspend or cancel the reward if there is an indication of fraud, impropriety or violation of these Terms and Conditions
