Terms & Conditions:

  1. Valid for invited customers.
  2. Funds must be fresh (originating from outside OCBC) and cannot be transferred from other OCBC Bank accounts.
  3. Customers must be registered to Nyala or Nyala Payroll (not applicable to Nyala Business).
  4. Customers are required to create Life Goals on OCBC mobile to qualify for rewards.
  5. The deadline for meeting the program requirements, including fund placement or product opening, is within the same month of participation date up to the end of the following month. Customers are considered as participants during the month of placement.
  6. The requirement must be met by the end of the second month after participation month, based on the highest AUM (Asset Under Management) or deposit placement at the end of the month.
  7. The reward will be given to the customer no later than the 4th week of the third month after participation month.
    Example: If a customer opens an account in July 2024, the AUM (Asset Under Management) and deposit placement considered will be the highest one by the end of August 2024, and the reward will be given in the 4th week of September 2024.
  8. Cashback will be credited to the customer’s active Tanda 360 Plus IDR / Tabungan Mudharabah iB / active IDR account.
  9. The bank, at its discretion and consideration, reserves the right to suspend or cancel the granting of rewards if there is an indication of fraud, irregularity, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  10. If there are changes to the terms & conditions of the program from the Bank, Bank are required to inform Customers no later than 30 (thirty) working days before the changes take effect. If the customer doesn’t submit an objection within 30 (thirty) working days, then Customer is considered to have agreed to the change.
  11. The bank has the right and authority to modify, add, and/or reduce these Terms and Conditions with notification through media deemed appropriate by the bank, considering the legal regulations and legislation in force.
  12. The customer hereby declares that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Program, the General Terms and Conditions of Account Opening, and the applicable procedures at OCBC related to this Program, including all applicable statutory regulations and laws.
  13. The Terms and Conditions of this Program have been adjusted in accordance with the provisions of statutory regulations, including the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
  14. PT Bank OCBC NISP, Tbk. is licensed and supervised by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority & Bank Indonesia, and is a guaranteed member of Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
