- OCBC NISP customers who have joined Nyala Individu service before January 1, 2022.
- OCBC NISP customers who have just joined the Nyala Individu from January 1, 2022 up to August 31, 2022.
- New OCBC NISP customer with Nyala Individu service from January 1, 2022 up to August 31, 2022.
- New customers or those who have joined the NYALA service according to the announcement in here
- Free service fees will be provided automatically by system if the customer has joined the NYALA service.
- The program is valid for customers who join the NYALA service through OCBC NISP branch offices, ONe Mobile, or other OCBC NISP platforms.
