How to Join Refer a Friend Program
- Via Website
- Steps for the Referrer
- Go to online.ocbc.id
- Login to Internet Banking
- Click 'Customer Service' then 'Refer a Friend'
- Enter personal data of your relative or family that you are referring to
- Then click 'OK' to save the data
- Via OCBC mobile*
- Steps for the Referrer via OCBC mobile
- On the Dashboard page, click Refer a Friend.
- Click the copy button on the Unique Referral Code and share through the app of your choice.
- After the code is successfully copied, a notification will appear saying Referral Code copied successfully.
- Customers can also share a link to download the OCBC Mobile app by clicking Invite My Friend.
- A notification will appear saying Invitation has been Sent, click OK.
- Referrals who are sent the Link MUST STILL enter the Referral Code.
- Steps for the referral via OCBC mobile
- Click on the link shared by the Referrer.
- The link will direct you to download the OCBC mobile, proceed with downloading OCBC Mobile.
- After downloading OCBC mobile, click on the Register button.
- Click on the button that says Belum Punya Rekening OCBC.
- Choose Buka Layanan Nyala by OCBC.
- The referral MUST enter the Referral Code that has been sent by your referee so they can receive the Refer a Friend program reward.
- The Bank Officer Code is optional and is to be filled if the account opening is assisted by a Seller.
- After entering the Referral Code in the column, a list of Program Codes that the Referral can also follow will appear along with the entered Referral Code.
- Select the Promo Code you want to use.
- Then click Pakai.
- After the Promo Code and Referral Code are filled in, enter the Bank Officer Code (Optional), then click Check to validate that the sales code is correct.
- Choose the type of NYALA Service that suits your needs, then click Ajukan.
*)This option only applies to Referrals who have never downloaded OCBC mobile from any channel
Terms and Conditions:
- The Referral must be a new customer who join OCBC with fresh fund.

Rewards will be credited if the referral has successfully joined the services and placed funds no later than the end of the following month since account opening with the following calculation:
- Rewards are given in the form of cashback for Sharia (upfront profit sharing) and the net Reward amount will be credited to the account.
- Reward will be credited to the Customer’s Tanda 360 Plus & Mudharabah iB Savings account no later than the 4th week of the following month.
- The terms and conditions of the program may change at any time and the changes will be informed by OCBC to the Customer.
- The Bank, at its discretion has the right to suspend or cancel the referral rewards if there are indications of fraud, impropriety, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Bank has the right and authority to change, add, and/or reduce these Terms and Conditions by notification through media deemed appropriate by the Bank, considering the applicable legal provisions and regulations.

[A] Customers can get rewards maximum in the second month after the referred customer joins the Premier Banking service and opens an account.
- [Q] As a Premier Banking customer, can I refer friends as NYALA customers?
[A] Yes.
- [Q] If I refer customers from different segments, what rewards will I receive?
[A] The reward that the reference giver will get is in accordance with the segment and AUM of the reference recipient.
- [Q] Can I, as a Premier Banking customer, refer friends through branch offices?
[A] Yes, as long as the reference is still provided via internet banking.
- [Q] If I refer a friend who already has an OCBC account, will I still get a reward?
[A] No, because the Refer a Friend program only applies if the referral recipient is a new OCBC customer.
