Syarat dan Ketentuan:

  1. This Program is only applicable to new customers of OCBC
  2. This only applies to account opening through the OCBC onboarding website or the OCBC mobile app (ID).
  3. When opening an account, the customer must enter the promo code MISTERALADINSTAY or MISTERALADINFLY.
  4. The Promo code MISTERALADINSTAY is for receiving a hotel discount e-voucher.
  5. The Promo code MISTERALADINFLY is for receiving a flight ticket discount e-voucher.
  6. The customer must place funds within a maximum of 7 days after the account opening is succesful
  7. To participate in the Nyala Debit program:
    • There must be funds remaining in the account for at least 30 calendar days, starting from the date the funds are placed in the Nyala account (excluding funds in other products).
    • The Initial fund placement amount and the rewards received are:

  8. For the Time Deposit Program (TAKA) or Deposit program:
    • The customer participates in the program in the same month as the account opening month.
    • The program's product term options that the customer can choose from are 6 months or 12 months.
    • • The amount of fund placement and the rewards received are:

  9. The Maximum total rewards that can be received by the customer is an e-voucher worth IDR850 Thousand with a combination of Nyala Debit Placement of IDR25 Million and TAKA/TD of IDR50 Million.
  10. The customer is only allowed to participate in 1 (one) program for 1 phone or 1 device.
  11. The name of the account holder for the initial fund deposit must match the name registered in the OCBC system.
  12. Once the terms and conditions are met, the BANK will send the e-voucher to the customer's registered email address at OCBC by the end of the following month from the account opening date.
  13. Savings interest up to 5% with fund placements starting from Rp 5 million. Detailed terms can be seen at here
  14. The BANK and PARTNER have the right to determine the customers who will receive the e-voucher based on the applicable terms and conditions
  15. The bank reserves the right to withhold the process of providing the Mister Aladin e-voucher to customers if fraud/irregularities are detected in relation to the account opening terms and conditions and/or if the customer is on the bank's fraud list.
  16. The bank can make changes to the terms and conditions of the promotional program by notifying through the bank's communication media no later than 30 (thirty) business days before the effective date of the changes.
  17. By participating in this promotional program, the customer declares that they understand, comprehend, and agree to all applicate terms and conditions related to the promotional program for account opening via the onboarding website and OCBC (ID) mobile app, which rewards and e-voucher from PARTNER.
  18. PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk is licensed and supervised by the OJK and is a participant in the LPS guarantee.

Ketentuan Voucher Mister Aladin

  1. Voucher can be used without a minimum transaction.
  2. The voucher is valid for hotel and flight bookings (domestic and international)
  3. The voucher is valid for a single transaction
  4. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
  5. Hotel bookings made with the voucher cannot be cancelled or refunded. If there is a difference in the hotel's cancellation policy, the terms and conditions of this promotion will apply.
  6. Flight ticket cancellations depend on the airline's policy. Refunds are calculated based on the amount paid (after the promo code deduction), not the original price.
  7. The voucher can be combined with 0% instalment promotions or other mister aladin promotions (without a promo code)
  8. Orders will be cancelled if there is any fraud/violations of the applicable terms and conditions.
  9. Terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
