Access your OCBC Mobile, an information section in regards to your inactive account will appear. Choose to see the account status to proceed
In the Financial page, reactivate your account by choosing “click here” in the red box section
You could reactivate your account by choosing one of the following transaction type: Transfer, Pay & Purchase, or cardless cash withdrawal.
You will be redirected to one of the chosen transaction type, either Transfer, Pay & Purchase, or Cardless Cash Withdrawal.
Once the transaction has been performed, the status will inform that your account reactivation is in process.
In the homepage, the status will show that your account will be reactivated in the next 1x24 working hours.
