GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. This Program is only applicable to new customers of OCBC.
  2. This only applies to account opening through the OCBC onboarding website or the OCBC mobile app (ID).
  3. When opening an account, the customer must enter the promo code OCBCJAPANTRIPS within the promo/referral column on the link: https://onboarding.ocbc.id/product/nyala.
  4. The customer must place funds within a maximum of 7 days after the account opening is successfull.
  5. To Participate in the Nyala Debit Program:
    • There must be funds remaining in the account for at least 30 calendar days, starting from the date the funds are placed in the Nyala account (excluding funds in other products).
  6. For the Time Deposit (TAKA) or Deposit Program:
    • The customer participates in the program in the same month as the account opening month.
    • The program’s product term options that the customer can choose from are: 3 Months , 6 Months or 12 Months.
  7. The customer is only allowed to participate in 1 (one) program for 1 phone or 1 device.
  8. The placement of funds in this program must be fresh funds, with the following conditions:
    • Transfers from other OCBC accounts are not allowed.
    • Transfers from other banks must be in the same name as the account holder at OCBC.
    • For the initial deposit, the depositor’s name must match the account holder’s name.
    • Transfers from e-wallets (such as Flip, OVO, Gopay, etc.) are not allowed.
  9. Once the terms and conditions are met, the BANK will send rewards to eligible customers at the end of the following month from the account opening date.

  11. The BANK and PARTNER have the right to determine the customers who will receive the rewards based on the applicable terms and conditions.
  12. The BANK and PARTNER reserve the right to cancel rewards if any fraud or non-compliance with the applicable terms and conditions is found.
  13. The bank reserves the right to withhold the process of providing the rewards to customers if fraud/irregularities are detected in relation to the account opening terms and conditions and/or if the customer is on the bank's fraud list.
  14. The bank can make changes to the terms and conditions of the promotional program by notifying through the bank's communication media no later than 30 (thirty) business days before the effective date of the changes.
  15. By participating in this promotional program, the customer declares that they understand, comprehend, and agree to all applicable terms and conditions related to the promotional program for account opening via the onboarding website and OCBC (ID) mobile app, which rewards and e-voucher from PARTNER.
