   Terms and Conditions:
   1. Only valid for all new customers who open an account at Surabaya AND become a member of FFG during the program period.
   2. Placement must be fresh funds, no book-entry from other Bank OCBC NISP accounts.
   3. Customers are required to join the Nyala Bisnis or Nyala Individual services, and afterwards place funds and make product purchases according to the program/scheme provisions (refer to the program scheme table)
   4. The customer must input the unique code obtained from Nyala Buddy/Trainer/Sales into the provided promo code column. Negligence that occurs is not the responsibility of KP.
   5. Placement of funds in savings and product purchases must be maintained until the end of the account opening month.
   6. If at the end of the account opening month the Customer manages to maintain their funds and products in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the program scheme that has been set at the beginning of the account opening:
      • If the prize is in the form of cashback, it will be credited to the Customer at the latest on the 4th week the following month.
      • If the prize is in the form of a voucher, a unique e-voucher code will be sent via email at the latest on the 4th week the following month, to be used on respective platforms according to the type of voucher.
      • If the prize is Poinseru:
        1. Will be credited to Customer’s account at the latest on the 4th week the following month
        2. Poinseru can be accessed through ONe Mobile app or ocbcnisp.com/raih
   7. There is no deviation from this program. The conditions that have not been fully met will result in the reward not being received by the Customer.
   8. This instant prize program cannot be combined with other new customer programs aside from 3x Cuan program. If it is found that there is a merger of programs, the Bank has the right to cancel the prize given from one of the programs.
   9. BANK has the right not to process the awarding of Prizes to customers who based on OCBC NISP's assessment are indicated to have committed fraud on account opening and/or are included in the BANK OCBC NISP fraud list.
   10. Name of the account owner of the source of initial deposit funds must match the name registered in the OCBC NISP system.

2. Share Investment Balance Bonus IDR 50K

   1. Valid for individual Customer who never had an OCBC Sekuritas account during the promotion period.
   2. Customer is requiring to open a stock investment account throught iOCBC Trade Mobile Indonesia (“iOCBC”) application or https://eform.ocbcsekuritas.com/ and choose RDN OCBC NISP.
   3. Free real time market data fees during 2023.
